- Materials: 2005 Edition of Anti-infective Guidelines (‘orange book’), participant manual with cases, Non-Rx pads
Total course fee depends on number of modules presented and CME subsidy.
Lead Facilitators: Drs. J. Stewart, F. Martino, J. Meuser and J. Jordan. Trained facilitators available in various locations across the province.
